Every time I order from this company i get exactly what I got. Taylor herself is so kind and sweet she makes sure that each and every order is how it is supposed to be. She is amazing and all the girls that work for her is also very sweet and work really hard and make everything!

Shirts ship really fast -- customer service team is amazing!

I got a tee from teesbytaylor.com and at first the print looked fine, like nothing amazing but okay. Then I washed it once, inside out and everything, and it already started cracking and peeling. For what it cost, I really thought it would hold up longer than a week... just disappointing...

I tried using the site and quickly assumed something was off because it kept lagging on me. The menus also felt confusing, so I found myself clicking around more than I expected just to find basic stuff.

I was hoping to find something nice, but the selection was disappointing. It felt like the same few designs showing up over and over, so there really wasn’t much variety. To make it worse, I checked right when I actually needed something, so the timing was frustrating. Overall, just a boring selection.

The shirts themselves were totally fine, and I do appreciate that the brand seems to be trying to care about sustainability. But i had a hard time finding clear info about the materials, packaging, or how everything is actually made. It kind of feels like they want credit for being eco-conscious without really showing the full picture. I’d be more comfortable buying again if they were more upfront. Not a bad experience, just a bit unclear...

I ordered a shirt, and it ended up being just okay. The print looked kind of dull, so the shirt didn’t feel as nice as I expected. Shipping also took longer than I thought, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating. It wasn’t terrible, but because of that, I probably wouldn’t order again.

I ordered a custom tee and the text placement was not what I asked for. The shirt itself was decent enough, but the design looked awkward and just not like the mockup/instructions. I contacted support and they did reply, but it took a while and I mostly got vague promises that they’d “look into it” or “make it right” without anything actually getting fixed. Disappointing overall.

Other than the sizing, no real complaints...

I wouldn’t give this as a gift. The way it was presented made me think it would feel a little more special, but when it arrived, it was just a basic shirt. For the price, I felt kind of misled and expected better.

The quality is Fine, not terrible but not anything amazing either. Shipping felt a little slow and I didn’t really get many updates while waiting. For the price it’s alright, but I’m not sure I’d be in a big rush to order again
